Steph K.: Well I do not have a scale that will go up high enough to weigh me I am not about the numbers at this point. I am about the way my clothes fit, the energy I will gain, the mental and emotional strengthening I hope to achieve, the eating better and goal making and reaching. That is how I am going to measure my success and realistically speaking yes my set backs because we all have them.So other than the weight numbers here is my other short bio. Stephanie 5'4" Tall most of the time red hair (thanks to burgundy dye number 3 (wink wink) Mostly 3XL clothing Happily in a loving relationship No human children, 2 fur babies (dogs) Born in South Dakota, raised by grandparents whom I call mom and dad in Iowa, now living in Wisconsin. I am sure that my blog posts will explore more about me and probably uncover things I didn't even really know. If there is something you are eager to know there is no harm in asking I just might tell you.
